Important Madrasah Opening Announcements and Timing for Term 1 2021

posted Jan 12, 2021, 1:48 PM by dhakim emak   [ updated Jan 12, 2021, 1:48 PM ]

Dear Parents,

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wbr.

We hope this reaches you in the best of health and Iman, insha Allah. Please read through this entire announcement

As we have stated earlier, on the post on 27th December, there will be a mix of online and face-to-face classes this term. Due to many restrictions in lieu of COVID19, we will only be able to have 4 classes at a time in the masjid.

Every class will have one face-to-face session in the mosque once a month. The other 3 weeks will be online HBL classes.

It may be possible that siblings may have face-to-face classes in different weeks.

This is because there are so many combinations and we may not be able to cater to everyone's needs.

In such instances, parents can choose to skip the face-to-face classes and guide the children to do aHBL at MUIS aLIVE website themselves.

We hope that the situation improves and we will be able to re-organise in the coming months to have more face-to-face classes. We appreciate your patience as we are trying our best in these difficult times, and the situation is not in the management’s direct control.

We will be starting classes on 16th/17th Jan. The table below shows which dates your child will be having physical class and online classes and their timings. Please adhere to these timings.

We are planning to have 2 Zoom sessions (Thursday 14 Jan - 9 to 10pm, Friday 15 Jan - 8 to 9pm) with parents to clarify procedures. Please RSVP in the link below and we will send you the zoom link via email. You can also submit any questions you may need us to clarify in the RSVP online form. We will try to answer important questions.

Please note that there will be other important announcements in the coming days. Do refer to all the announcements to update yourself.

Uncollected books will be given to students when they come for Face to Face class.

Please RSVP in the link below:

Correct Paynow usage, Madrasah holiday on 5th/6th September, Teachers Day Greetings

posted Sep 3, 2020, 6:27 AM by dhakim emak   [ updated Sep 3, 2020, 9:55 PM ]

Dear Parents

Assalamu Alaikum Wr Wbr

Alhamdulillah! We have created payment accounts for all the parents who submitted applications for online payment creation and more than 80% of the parents have paid through the Payment portal.

We will be posting instructions for Continuation Forms submissions in a few days time.

In the meantime, parents can also make payment for January 2021 at the portal.

Correct Paynow usage to pay fees

Please take note that fees payment using Paynow payments must be made within the portal (shown below).

This is because the portal will generate a unique reference code for the system to tag to your child's fees.

Some parents have made the mistake of making Paynow payments with mosque UEN number directly. Please note that your child's payment records will NOT be updated if you did that.

If anyone has made Paynow payments directly do the mosque's bank account, please email to Sister Syeda at

Madrasah Holiday

This week 5th and 6th September is Madrasah holiday for Teachers day and there will be no online classes.

We wish all Teachers a Happy Teacher's Day!

Dear Parents

Assalamu Alaikum Wr Wbr

As of 31 July, please note that we have finished creating Online payment accounts for all parents who applied for account creation in the beginning of June.

We thank all parents who have made payments through the Online Payment platform.

There are some who have been assigned the accounts but yet to make payment.

We would much appreciate it if you could log in, check if the account is working and make the necessary payment.

We are also pleased to inform you that you can pay by PayNow. With this

method, you do not need a credit/debit card and there are no transaction fees.

Please see Important notes on PayNow.

As it is very important for Parents to have an Online Payment Account at this time, the following is a list of FAQs we have complied to ensure parents know what to do.

Click here to pre-create your online payment account.

Please note that after this last date, you will have to create it manually if you have not signed up.

What if I have received the account setup email but am having problems?

For some of you who are experiencing problems, Qrom (the developer on online payment) will be in touch with you if you have submitted the support form.

If you have not submitted the form, please submit the support form here together with the problem you are facing.

Why is it important to set up your Online payment account?

Important notes on PayNow
