Confirmation Letter, Books Payment, 11th/12th Nov Madrasah Holiday, EMAK Trust Fund

1. Confirmation Letter

We will be issuing Confirmation Letters for 2018 to students who have submitted continuation forms and have paid all fees up to Oct 2017. For those who have not completed all fees payment, please do so by next week (5 Nov 2017) and collect the Confirmation Letters from EMAK fees payment counter.


Please note that we will not be sending soft copies of Confirmation Letters this year to those who fail to collect them.


It is important for you to complete fees payment and collect the Confirmation Letter so that your child's place is confirmed and you know the timing of your child's assigned class.


EMAK office will be open for the next 2 weeks on Saturday (29 Oct & 4 Nov) and Sunday (30 Oct & 5 Nov) at the following timings -


Saturday 29 Oct, 4 Nov - 12 noon to 5pm

Sunday 30 Oct,  5 Nov - 11am to 1pm


For parents who are experiencing extraordinary financial difficulty, please email to us explaining your situation and we will do whatever we can to help you.

If you do not complete payment and collect the Confirmation Letter or do not write to us in case of financial difficulty, we regret to inform you that your child's place may NOT be confirmed even though you have submitted your Continuation Form.


Kindly ensure that you receive the Confirmation Letter and keep it safe to bring on the first day of Madrasah in 2018.


2. Payment for Books for 2018


We are pleased to inform you that you can now make payment for next year’s books at our mosque reception counter or at the EMAK office.


If you make payment by 26 December, we will reserve the books for your children and give to them to your child in class. This will save you time in queuing for making payment and getting the books when we sell them (we will announce the day of book sale at the  end of December or early January).

After you pay for the books, please fill up the form below so that we can reserve the books for you.

3. Important change in Academic Calendar - 11 Nov 2017 (Sat)  Graduation Day - Madrasah Holiday

Please note that 11 Nov (Sat) will be a Madrasah Holiday due to EMAK Graduation.

Only students of the graduation classes (4A1, 4B2, 4C3, 8A1, 8B2, 12A3, 12B4, 13B4) need to come on on that day.


For al other students, the last day of Madrasah for this year will be on 4/5 November.


4. Donations Request for Students unable to Complete Payment

Every year we have a number of students who did qualify for MUIS Bursary or have been unable to complete payment due to sudden change in Parents health or financial situation. Since 2016, we have started a trust fund called EMAK Trust Fund (ETF) to help these students (with good attendance record). If any of our Parents would like to contribute to this fund, we would much appreciate.
